All products offered for sale by Novahelix Pty Ltd ("Novahelix", "we", "us", "our") are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. No product sold by Novahelix is intended for, or approved for, human consumption, human administration, veterinary use, or animal consumption of any kind.
By placing an order with Novahelix, the buyer unconditionally warrants and represents that:

Orders placed through the Novahelix website are accepted subject to stock availability at the time of processing. Placement of an order does not constitute a binding contract until Novahelix confirms acceptance of the order via email dispatch confirmation.
All prices displayed on the Novahelix website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where applicable under Australian tax law. Novahelix reserves the right to update prices at any time without notice; the price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of successful checkout.
Payment must be received and cleared in full before any order is dispatched. Novahelix does not dispatch goods against pending or unconfirmed payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Novahelix reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to cancel any order at any time before dispatch, for any reason including but not limited to: suspected non-research use, stock discrepancies, pricing errors, fraud detection flags, or incomplete buyer information. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Novahelix makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, purity values, and specifications published on the website are accurate and current. However, you acknowledge that:
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent, accredited testing laboratory is provided with every order. The COA documents HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, and endotoxin testing results for the specific lot of compound included in your order. Lot numbers on delivered product correspond to the COA provided.
Novahelix updates COA documentation whenever a new batch is received. If you require documentation for a specific lot number, contact hello@novahelix.com.au with your order reference.
All content on the Novahelix website, including but not limited to text, images, research guides, documentation, branding, logos, trade marks, and design, is owned by or licensed to Novahelix Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from the Novahelix website without prior written permission from Novahelix.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novahelix's total liability to you in connection with any order, product, or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid by you for the relevant product.

Products are sold "as supplied" for in vitro research purposes. No warranty or representation is made beyond those required by Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Where Novahelix's liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Novahelix's liability is limited to the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, which may include (at Novahelix's election) the repair or replacement of goods or the resupply of equivalent goods.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts, for the determination of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or any product purchased from Novahelix.
Novahelix reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Novahelix website or placement of an order following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal under applicable law, that provision will be deemed severed from the Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. For orders placed and paid before 12:00pm AEST Monday through Friday (excluding Australian public holidays), same-day dispatch is available. Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
A dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been collected by our carrier.
All Novahelix orders are dispatched via tracked, priority courier service (Australia Post Express Post or equivalent tracked priority carrier). All shipments include end-to-end tracking. Signature on delivery can be requested โ please note this in your order comments or contact us before dispatch.
Free priority tracked shipping is automatically applied to all orders with a cart value of $200.00 AUD or more (after any applicable discounts). For orders below $200.00 AUD, a flat-rate shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery destination.
The following delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to carrier performance and unforeseen network delays. Novahelix does not guarantee delivery within these windows, but they reflect typical service standards:
Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. During peak periods (e.g. public holidays, end-of-year) carrier delays may extend estimated timeframes.
All Novahelix orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging. No product names, compound names, or Novahelix branding appear on the external packaging. All peptide orders are packed with temperature-controlled insulated packaging and gel packs to maintain cold chain integrity during transit. This is standard practice for all orders regardless of season or destination.
Novahelix currently ships within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with a non-Australian delivery address will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Your tracking number is included in the dispatch confirmation email sent when your order is collected by our carrier. Use your tracking number on the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au) or the relevant carrier's tracking portal to monitor your delivery. If you do not receive a dispatch confirmation within 2 business days of payment, please contact hello@novahelix.com.au.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and tracking information shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at hello@novahelix.com.au with your order number and tracking reference. We will lodge an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product before opening further, and contact hello@novahelix.com.au within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. Novahelix will liaise with the carrier to determine liability and will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Novahelix is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure delivery address details are accurate before confirming your order.
Novahelix accepts returns of products that meet all of the following criteria:
Opened, reconstituted, or partially used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This policy reflects the nature of sterile research compounds โ once the vial septum is punctured, the sterility and compound integrity of the product cannot be independently verified, and the product cannot be restocked or resold. This position is consistent with standard practice across the research supply industry and is not a limitation on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to genuine quality disputes (see clause 6 below).
To initiate an eligible return, please follow these steps:
Do not return products to Novahelix without first obtaining a valid RA number. Returns received without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be held pending contact from the sender.
Unless the return is due to a Novahelix error (wrong product dispatched, product damaged in transit, or a documented quality issue confirmed by Novahelix), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns, as Novahelix cannot accept responsibility for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Where a return is due to a confirmed Novahelix error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the returned product.
Upon receipt and inspection of an approved return at our warehouse, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Refund processing times by your bank or payment provider may vary and are outside Novahelix's control.
Refunds for approved returns cover the product cost only. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed Novahelix error.
If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, or if a product arrives damaged, please contact hello@novahelix.com.au within 5 business days of delivery. Include:
Novahelix will review your report and, where the issue is confirmed, will arrange replacement of the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.

Novahelix will review your submission against the lot COA and, where necessary, arrange for further independent testing of the retained lot sample. We will respond to all quality dispute submissions within 5 business days of receipt. Where a quality issue is substantiated, Novahelix will provide a full replacement or refund.
Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Under the Australian Consumer Law, products must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any disclosed purpose. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses. This Returns Policy operates alongside, not instead of, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
